Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can order online here or email me if you need assistance.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: I can do custom sizing with textiles I already carry. If you have questions I'm happy to answer them.

Q: If I'm local, can I pick up my order?

A: Absolutely! If you would like to save on shipping and pick up your order I am happy to arrange that.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is $7 for a single pillow cover. I combine shipping on multiple orders but that varies based on weight.

 

Q: How quickly will my order ship?

A: Items will ship within 7-10 days of completed order unless otherwise noted.  Sugar and Dirt Designs cannot be responsible for undelivered or damaged items or transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier.

 

Q: How are the pieces shipped?

A: All items packaged with care to make sure they arrive to your door safely.

Q: Do you do rush orders?

A: If you need your order right away, email me at sugaranddirtdesigns@gmail.com prior to submitting your order and I will do my best to accommodate you!

Q: Will shipping be cheaper if I order multiple items?

A: I will do my best to ship your items as safely and economically as possible!

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of your purchase. To cancel, email me at sugaranddirtdesigns@gmail.com

Returns & Refunds/ Shop Policies

All of my pieces are hand made by me.  Each piece is one of a kind and will vary slightly with unique and wonderful imperfections. The finished textile may have slight variations and imperfections. These unique attributes add distinct personality and charm and should be expected.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me within 5 days and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If a mistake was made by me I will replace your order. I am unable to do refunds.
